I have been a member now for 2 monthsIn these 2 months I have provided 3 cheques for automatic withdrawalHowever, due to errors on your side I have been told I owe moneyI have paid twice and now this third time I did not have my walletI have taken time out of my day to go and get a cheque and then have made the payment as well.I have tried to reach your head office as well.Today when I expressed my frustration the lady at the front desk said I am aware of your story"I went to the locker and changed and went back and said this is unacceptableThe lady proceeded to say you shouldn't have yelled at meI made it clear that I did not yellI wish I had a camera as she said made a gesture of clasping her fingers and saying to me "zip it or you will be forced to leave the gym"I own a business where I employee 160 people this is the rudest thing I have ever heardIn 2 months of being run around no one has once reached out and apologizedInstead I have been stopped numerous times and embarrassedThis last treatment is beyond deplorable"

Love this gym! Equipments are in good condition, lots of free space to do personal work-out. Front desk is very helpful and professional. Nidhi and shammorah are really good at their work with members . They give exact information which is important to know before joining. They have 2 different areas for women and men and women can choose to workout According to their comfort. Awesome place with reasonable charges.

I like that the gym’s open 24/7 and it’s not too pricey. They also have every equipment that you can possibly need and it’s well maintained. The area is also clean and the crowd are good.

Very nice looking establishment for workouts. Staff was friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. I was surprised to hear yoga participants paid an extra charge on top of biweekly rate. I had seen the ad's on the tv which I liked.

Messy dumbbells, bent barbells, machines are all sticky and lacks lubrication. Also half the time the sinks in the mens bathrooms doesn’t work, which is definitely gross and should never happen. I tried telling staff and they basically just shrugged it off saying “we were told it started working again”.

A member here, I like it overall. Only dislike the fact that they rarely turn their AC on or have it at a minimum in the summer. It gets hot, humid and a little smelly. Which makes it harder to have a good workout.Edit: AC is fixed and works now.

Sandeep was over the top in regard to customer service. She is very patient and efficient worker. This branch is well maintained in terms of cleanliness and orderliness.

All the staff at this location have been great, except for the housekeeper named Diane who feels entitled, and is always rudely disrupting and nagging members during their workout. Please let us exercise in peace - especially when we have headphones in!

Worst experience with cancellation policy. So i was told you can sign up for long term membership under a year contract for cancellation they told me you have gave us month ahead of notice and as long as you gave us valid proof that you moved of province you can cancel it. So i reach out to them through email provided them sufficient proof that i moved out of that province they get back to saying no you cant cancel the membership you signed a contract. I told them i was not informed at the time of signing up for membership and than they replied “Unfortunately we can’t take what is said between you and the staff member as valid information, we can only go by the agreement signed”. I mean i am pretty sure that you and your gym staff member work under same corporation so you need to train your staff in a better terms instead blaming your customers and scamming them. Never sign contract with them no matter whatever there staff says and never ever give them your direct deposit.

I started recently in Shape fitness and I'm really happy about it, it's clean, Hygiene and the personnel is amazing so helpful.I highly recommend Shapes Fitness
