Garage Cadieux

I had to have a vehicle inspection in order to get my Québec registration. Garage Cadieux in St Jean Sur Richelieu give excellent service. Guillaume explained everything in very clear and very simple language, I was able to get an appointment to get the repairs done within a few days.They were honest enough to say that some of the repairs might not be necessary until they checked further. In the end I was charged less than what was quoted.And when I was unable to get a ride to pick up my car, they offered me a taxi!I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the friendly, competent service.They even have a locked yard to keep cars overnight. And the night that I left my car, there was freezing rain. They brought my car indoors to melt the ice off it before I picked it up. I felt safe with them and trust them completely. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Horrible service, the manager was rude, charged a second inspection for a wiper blade that was slightly torn. do not go to this garage!!

Front desk staff has no down to earth manners.

If your 15 minutes late and you let them know your late they will refuse to serve you. They have terrible customer service

Wonderful experience. Clip was loose and they only charged for a cheap repair. Very fair for asenior. Will continue to bring my car here.

Up sells everything. Got me once with the light switch on a classic and exhaust which fell apart after 4 months. Good thing there was a warranty. 2nd vehicle apparently needed $2200 in repairs went to another garage $548.62 on the road.

I had a very bad experience at this garage. I was treated in a very rude and disrespectful fashion by the clerk at the reception area. I would not recommend this garage. I give it no stars.

Complete trust in those guys. I've been doing our vehicles service there for 2 yrs, since we moved in SJSR. Above all, always honest, courteous, and they do care. Pierre Marc and his team are the best.

This place is bad. I had 4 inspections over 2 years and they never saw the broken suspension in the rear, and then they had the nerve to lie to my face about taking it for a test drive. A deaf person would have felt the broken suspension, but nobody from this garage was capable of noticing it.At one point I changed to synthetic oil, but they kept telling me to come back after 5 thousand kilometers instead of the traditional 8.5 thousand kilometers. Then when I asked about it they lied to my face again saying the oil sticker is just for a general inspection". I don't know how many hundred of dollars they robbed from me with this.Not to mention their inability to fix my AC. Just avoid this place completely
