Sunshine Party and Tent Rentals service was absolutely amazing! I messaged for a last min tent because of the probable rain last weekend, and they responded to my inquiry so quickly and were so quick to connect with me and send over the invoice. I messaged other vendors who either were extremely late to replying to me or didn't even bother replying at all. Throughout the process everyone was so kind and they even taught me how to close & open the tent! Such an easy instillation process! I got the 10 by 20 tent and 3 side panels and it made our boring backyard event go from bleh to amazing. Even in the last min we needed 2 more panels than originally planned and although they closed at 2 we made it 5 mins after and they were had the two extra panels ready for us! I highly recommend Sunshine Party Rentals and Supplies. Everything was perfect. From delivery to setting up our venue. The owner, Jimela, is very accomodating for last minute changes and add ons too. Very professional. Excellent customer service! They helped me put on a community event in chilly rainy weather. Everyone was super helpful and went above and beyond. Very reliable and communicative. I highly recommend.

Items were okay, but they demand credit card details upfront in order to book. They do not keep it secure - just written on a paper. After you drop off the items, they say everything is good to go. But they send an email long afterwards with items not returned. I felt it was not transparent enough as there is no opportunity to verify - they can just make up a number if they want.All that is water under the bridge because they also charged me the value of the invoice twice. Once while I paid at the terminal in store, and later on, they manually charged my card. My credit card company confirmed that they punched the credit card number in manually at a terminal after I paid using my card, but the store denied saying they only have record of payment once. It took me months to get my money back.They operate as if the customer is wrong and they are reliable and trustworthy, but from my experience, it is the reverse.I don't know if this place is a front for credit card scammers, but I know I'm never getting anything from this place again.

There was some miscommunication and they arrived late to my wedding which delayed decor setup. I was really upset the day of my wedding however the owner was really friendly and appologized for the mistake. I definitely recommend them. I used them for another pre-wedding event and they did a wonderful job setting up tents!

Service was late by several hours for both delivery and pickup. Responses not given on at least 2 occasions when I called and emailed. Was called on my wedding day to ask about a change to the pickup date to suit their convenience. Was asked to pay for items apparently missing as per their count, which would be fine, but it was a full month after items were returned to them. Several items (ie chair covers) came stained.

Thanks Sunshine for helping to make my backyard baby shower a success! I had originally contacted another event company that was not responsive and I was worried things wouldn't get done on time. Lei got back to me the next day with quotes so naturally I decided to go with this company. The set up crew came on time and everything looked great (got a 20x30 tent, chairs, tables, linens). I'll definitely be using this company again for future events!
