Petro-Canada & Car Wash

This is the worst petro car wash in entire london, the brush malfunctioned and almost damaged my car. The customer service representative MANN was so impolite to adress the concern. I don't understand why this store is even allowed to operate with such staff.

Awful awful awful and awful customer service. 0 stars to the sales associate named Vishal. He doesn't even know how to treat a guest. Petro Canada always says guest service". But me and my friend today felt it as a "worst service". Their carwash was closed and came to know that it won't open till next day. Since we have a season pass

This is my regular go to gas station but will seek gas elsewhere from now on. Debit down, cash or credit only. Been there on two occasions where it's been closed for 15 minutes. So much for convenience.

Typical car wash, this wash uses brushes. Car was not completely clean after I 2as finished despite purchasing the upgraded wash

My car was filthy with salt and sand so once clean it shined. I find it so relaxing to glide through the soap bubbles, brushes and cascading water and I wish it took longer!

I had a very bad experience last week. Went to the car wash the machine was fixed" by the employee he took the cones out and let us go

If there were ZERO stars for customer service, I would give it to this Petro Can location.I come here regularly and was very surprised.I just watched a respectful, old woman get berated by the manager of this store when she politely complained that her car was not cleaned by the auto car wash. He said she had gone home and then came back to complain which negated her argument. He said she could have got her car dirty herself. She told him that she left the car wash and went to a funeral instead, and now was coming back as she just noticed the problem. I would say for a ten dollar wash, if she was being dishonest, she went through a lot of trouble! I have had similar problems with the washes at this Petrocan (ripped my back windshield washer off three times etc.) and I never once complained. I see the reception I would have gotten! I just don't wash my car there anymore. The manager then refused to listen to her complaint, and in front of other customers did not help her, instead just embarrassed her. For the 10 bucks to rewash the car, this guy did not give her the service she deserved, as she mentioned that she was a regular customer too. This guy was a joke.I buy 50$ in lottery there a week plus 100$ in fuel among drinks, coffee etc. I am not coming back after seeing this. Terrible service, and a terrible store manager who really should be doing something else. Unacceptable!

Worst worker you can ever meet in this location.

The customer service here is terrible. I tried to exchange a propane tank and ended up getting overcharged and lied to by three employees before I managed to get one of them to call a manager and refund the difference to me.To the employees of this store: the sign on the propane cage says nothing about needing to buy gas in order to get a certain price. Also, you probably shouldn't be handing a customer the key to the propane cage and asking them to do the exchange themselves.I won't be buying anything at this location again
