Last week I had the pleasure of meeting with Jennifer Gilkie to help me go over all my insurance needs. While helping me pick out the perfect plan she throughly explained the benefits of each and broke it all down so I was not left up in the air with all the legal terms. Jenni is very kind and patient with me as I had many questions during this process. You can tell she takes pride in her work and helping her clients.

I talked to Elle Sing. She answered all of my questions fast and effectively. She genuinely looked out for my best interests and talked with me until I felt comfortable. She is an amazing customer service representative and an wonderful asset to your team. She talked with me on multiple occasions, and worked around my busy schedule. Some of her strong points would be amazing customer service, comforting and gentle voice, very positive and happy, and explained everything thoroughly. I am so pleased with this customer service.
