Just want to say thankyou to the Storm Industries crew for the great job on converting my gas furnace to a Heat Pump System. I have an old house with a flat roof and initially was converting so that I could have air conditioning in the warmer months. What I didn't realize was the huge improvement to the heat in my home as a result of the new system! More even heat in every room, no cold spots, and quieter for sure! I'm thrilled! I can hardly wait until it gets hot so I can try out the air conditioning! Curtis, Avery and Braden have all been absolutely top notch professionals from the estimate, discussion and quote initiation to the installation and completion of the job. We started our relationship with Storm Industries (Curtis and Hailey) in late 2020 as we wanted to replace our oil furnace with a heat pump.They were very responsive, and Curtis came by and did measurements.We received and timely quote which very reasonable.In our effort to use up all of our heating oil, we scheduled our installation in February 2021.We wanted the external unit on the other side of the house away from our main living area, and while this was a challenge (with an added cost to us of course) his team accomplished the take out of the old furnace and oil tank, installation of the new unit and we had heat from the heat pump that evening!They have been very responsive to the few questions we have had about the system.We highly recommend Storm Industries.Very professional.
