I used their service to replace an ancient extraction fan. I called them on the Friday, the owner came out to look at the fan on Saturday morning and by Wednesday the following week I had a new super silent fan installed. Excellent quality and service. Very responsive.

I had my exhaust go down at 10 am on a Wednesday and they had a new one installed up and going the next morning. Octivana was my service tech and he was stellar, went out of his way to solve my issue, I couldn't be more happy with his service!

Hood vents broke down this morning and we had orders. Took a chance and called. Responded right away, fair price and perfect repair, 100% transparency when discussing costs and informative about issue.Now we know who to call when we have this issue again. Highly recommended.

Had a broken bearing in my restaurant’s hood fan shaft , I called Crestone and they responded right away, in only half an hour the technician came and knew what to do, he went above and beyond to remove the rusty bearings, really clean work.They are professional and knows what they are doing.Highly recommend.

Unlike the negative posts that are listed by individuals that didn't actually use Crestone, I used Crestone Mechanical and I would/have recommended them to others. In addition to being competitive priced, this business is responsive, professional and thorough in scoping a project. I found Crestone's quality of work to be above industry standard and that they have experienced and knowledgable employees who are respectful and efficient on the job site.I would encourage anyone to connect with Crestone for their project and give them the opportunity to show the high quality of their work, you won't be disappointed.

These guys are there to help and make themselves money. Make sure you do research and learn more about your system then you could make sure they do the job right. The advice I got from them was not helpful and I paid my fee for that advice. Learning the business down the road I realised I made the right decision to not use them. Don't just listen to what people say first understand what they are saying then make a decision. This business could either earn you or them money.
