Tried to knock on the door or some food for takeout and it was pushed away stuffed away like I was nobody I cannot stand being prejudiced against this place in my opinion should go out of business cuz when somebody's trying to buy a lunch and sucked away like I don't concern all the while he's making food first gifted dishes in this and that sorry epic fail

Complex, or mini mall, this pull off pit stop. Has a couple food joints, Canadian government buildings, a Starbucks and fair bit of parking, if you need a meeting spot before you are leaving town with a couple friends and want to get on the road, up island or out to the peninsula together in convoy. This there's a bank in there too, but who cares about those.

Excellent in every way! Attentive service, Quality and quantity of food was the best. Great value for our money. Will be my go-to sushi restaurant whenever I'm in Victoria.

As someone with a power wheelchair, I think this place is pretty awful, as even getting into it is problematic if you don't have a vehicle! The fact that the Province's Service BC centre for all of Victoria tells you how little the disabled really rate to our government.

Great little place. Kind of an unknown. But I now use it a lot for banking, food, travel advice, and government services! They pack a lot into this little place! Parking is always good. Seems well laid out.

It's a mall including government buildings or services food hairdresser Barber another shopping mall for food and shoes there's also fitness place there multiple food places there's all kinds of different types of foods there to choose from there's a fireplace where they sell fireplaces and what else it's easy to get to it's either Douglas or Blanchard that surrounded so you can enter one way and leave the other and it's like zoom zoom in and out lots of parking never had to worry about parking there ever once not and I've been going there for probably 30 years

Service BCVery nice customer service. Location no desirable. Very nice security guard and helpful. I would of gave it five star of it wasn't for that middle aged cruel guy. Very prejudice..

It's changing and becoming bare in this strip roundabout... Places have moved, and gone out of business also a couple have shrunk... Ie; the Ministry of Housing and social development has changed to 1/2 the office it used to be. In any case this location is quiet, clean and has an excellent entrance, exit and the location is perfect.
