So I bought a small torch and a banger (shatter bowl). Torch stopped working after 3 days, no return policy. A week later I buy the bowl, it cracks while heating it for the first time, no returns. Yes, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. But they don’t stand behind their products if they’re faulty. Not every product is perfect. Need to have some flexibility or options. I spent $100 in a week and I’m told “oh well”. Buy things online, at least the product is refundable or returnable. Unfortunately won’t waste any more money there

Staff are always friendly and helpful and they make the effort to get to customers as quickly as possible while also being sociable and keeping up with the preferences of regulars. I've never had a single bad experience at the Campbell River store. I've got half my neighbours shopping here too because I go on about them so much, and none of them have ever had a complaint either.
