I went there to ask for a prepaid plan for my dad, the guy was inconsiderate and rude. He didn’t take his time to help us at all and he was just answering my questions in a short yes an no answers and acting annoyed that we even ask for guidance. I would not go to this Fido again.

Worst service ever. I gave my number to him thinking he was listening. Didn't say he was logging in, then was rude about it. I asked some questions but mumbled his answer and I said pardon me...didn't seem interested in serving. Felt like I was annoying him. He was supposed to have activated my account. He said the SIM card was activated but he didn't activate it at all. Only found out when I called customer service. They had to activate it for me.

They say they open at 11am. They have people waiting for over an hour for them to show up. It’s unnaceptable. You don’t want to open your store for 11am. Then change your opening time. Not nice to leave people waiting.

Best service! Had to change from another provider who would not do anything for me. The rep Nidhi Shah, (she works on Sundays) is the best. She gave me a great deal, free case, free plastic cover and above all waived the $40 activation fee. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and did not rush me, even though there were 4 other peope waiting. Recommend this boutique.

This guy takes advantage of older people by convincing and selling them things they don’t need (protection plan, service fees, etc..). He also doesn’t provide an invoice because he doesn’t remit any taxes to the government which is illegal. He charges taxes on his accessories he sells but refunds cash only. He charged me $90 plus tax which came to $103 but when I asked for refund he gave me only $90… he should be in jail and not associated with Fido.
