I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received from Clarke Heating and Cooling! My furnace decided to quit working on the first day of snow this fall and I was unable to get it going again. After contacting Clarke Heating, Bill was over here helping me sort out the issue and he got us out of the jam in short order! He even followed up on several occasions to make sure that everything was running smoothly after the repair. Recently, our mini split heat/pump stopped working all of sudden. We called Clarke Heating and they promptly arrived to fix the issue at hand.Bill and his team we‘re persistent on several occasions to identify the problem and tried to repair the unit as quickly as possible.Unfortunately, after severals attempts it was discovered the unit was faulty, due to a manufacturing default.Bill further went above and beyond and dealt with the manufacturing company personally to ensure a replacement unit was provided to us asap.I want thank Bill and his staff for their exceptional customer service, dedication and commitment.We are so pleased with their service, and we highly recommend Clarke Heating and Cooling!

To start, I’m a very detailed and picky" guy who does his research.I’ve known Bill for a very long time now.He was the only person I trusted to do refrigeration jobs and repairs at my business.So when it came to installing a HVAC at my residence

You would think a wifi thermostat losing connection would be a simple task to fix but after spending most of a day trying to figure it out myself, I called the company that installed my last heat pump... because that install was flawless! Bill sent out a very smart tech and he started tracing back from the ICM module where the power had been lost. When he got to a switched Junction, it was showing 11 volts! HUH?? should have been nothing or 120 volts. At that point we were thinking it must be the breaker for the furnace but I finally recalled a switch completely in the other direction from the breaker box high up on a wall. Turns out my tenant thought it was a light switch and turned it off! The tech had thought of that but followed the power wire as far as he could and it was obviously coming from the viscinity of the breaker box. Who would have thought to look in the opposite direction? It is great to have heat back with a quick response from a team member with Clarke heating. He was kind and patient the whole time. Couldn't have been happier! Don't hesitate to choose Clarke Heating & cooling for new installs or service on existing. They are the best!

Big shout out to Bill and his guys from Clarke Heating and Cooling, for replacing the heat pump and adding A/C to upstairs at my in-laws house. Big job, but Bill sent a full crew to ensure it was completed in one day! Gorge Electrical Services provided the needed electrical support, and timing could not be better with the recent heat wave this week! My in- laws are thrilled with the quality workmanship, and would highly recommend both of these companies. Thx again fellas!

They helped us upgrade an old oil furnace to a new heat pump system and they made the process smooth and hassle-free. Heating was not functioning on Saturday morning. Put in a call to Clarke Heating. Bill arrived in less than an hour. He found what was failing. Had to leave to get the correct parts but was back in a short time. Then he had to determine the root cause of the problem, which he managed to do very efficiently. He had us up and running less then 2 hours after I called. He was very polite, and I don't feel I was overcharged especially given that this was a Saturday. I give Clarke two thumbs up and will definitely use them again.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.One yr of trying to get this company out to look at installing a heat pump for a furnace they installed. Kept getting the run around about been in Mexico and always saying they will get back to me. I finally got a booked date to get my Furnace looked at and get a quote for a heat pump. No one showed up at the scheduled time, so after waiting for about 30mins I called the office and the lady on the other end said she had me booked in and didn't know where the owner was as he was scheduled to come out. She said she would would find out and get back to me. After about an hour I get a call from the office and she tells me the owner had an emergency heat pump issue and they would have to reschedule me. Great took the day off, furnace not running and again a no show. Very disappointed by this company. They had no problem taking my money the first time when they installed a brand new furnace. TERRIBLE customer service.

They had the best quote by a lot and were able to install months before the other three companies I got quotes from. Their work was excellent. In and out in 2 days.
