This location is really good when it comes to shopping and finding good deals. However I’ve gone to this location 2 separate times in order to make a return and both times I’ve gone they have been very rude, speak to me as if I’m supposed to know everything, give me blank stares and make my experience very uncomfortable. I feel as if they don’t want/like the fact that I’m returning an item.I am not one to leave a bad review and I always give others the benefit of the doubt as well as being kind to workers as I know they have had long days and sometimes don’t want to be there or are just fed up and want to go home but I don’t appreciate being spoken to like I’m stupid or leaving upset. And for that reason I am giving 2 stars.

Very popular store with 3 girls in my family. But how can there be 1 employee in the store on a Saturday early afternoon? Don’t get me wrong she did her best. Another staff eventually came from break: still a bit lean for a Saturday counting plus 20 people in the store. Poor girls.

Hello, i had a great time at trinity commons ardene! the sales associate Alisha(I think i spelt her name wrong not sure, she has black hair, very pretty!) was so sweet! she walked by the fitting rooms and told me I looked really pretty, which really boosted my mood. She was very sweet and helpful with finding items I wanted, and even helped me order an item!

The manager there Name Jaspreet was very rude. No care for current customer she was just thinking for new ones to come.Definitely never gonna suggest any of my friends or near ones to go there special where that gurl jaspreet work. She was so unprofessional lady. Never seen that kind of stupid lady, so disrespectful lady I ever met in my life disgusting experience with her.Anyways Thanks for such bad customer service Will never ever visit there again.For good for jaspreet do care for your new customers congratulations you loose one and many more.

love this place!!! came in today and was greeted immediately upon entering the store. when i asked one of the ladies working there for assistance finding a top i found online she, without hesitation, stopped what she was doing and guided me to the top and also showed me similar items! honestly one of my favourite places in trinity plaza

Sales people and their manager in the store are very rude. They have big time attitude. I was trying to use my first time 20% and when I went to use it, the cashier did not know if I could use the discount. She looked at her Manager and her manager gave me dirty looks and replied in loud voice with attitude that we can’t give you 20% but we can manually give you 10%. I asked why so, again in loud voice she replied because our systems are down. I said Thanks, paid for my stuff and I left. The Manager at this location is so rude and has big time attitude. Ardene should train their employees some customer service skills and how to be pleasant to their customers. I felt so embarrassed because the way Ardene’s manager treated me in front of other customers in the store.

The manager was extremely rude. No care for customers. I went there to get the discount on the shoes we bought as there was a sign mentioning the discount and they didn't care about it and said we can take it back coz I can’t do anything and gave me attitude. And the security tag wasn’t removed at the first place either so I had to go in store to remove the tag and when I talked about it to manager, she said well it's removed now" to which I could reply as if she pays for my gas money and time but I believe I have manners unlike her. Very disappointed. They need to understand the customer service. never visiting this place again as I used to visit for shopping."

The manager (I think her name is Jaspreet) is a phenomenal person! She aided me with whatever concerns I had and helped choose the best clothes particular to my taste. Will definitely be going again!

I had such a pleasant shopping experience today. I drove 2 hours to shop at trinity commons. I visited 5 other stores ended up walking out empty handed because of poor customer service. BUT as soon as I walked in to Ardene, I was greeted I such a warm way by Bella. Omg breath of fresh air. Thank you for making my trip worth it. Your rock!

disgusting customer service, a clip broke 1 minute after purchasing and the employee was being super rude, rolling her eyes etc. i told the employee she was being rude, and i was not having any of it.the manager stepped in only to say she “wouldn’t let her people be treated like that,” making an indirect comment towards me. not even trying to understand the situation. she then proceeds to talk about me with the customer she was helping by saying “oh we don’t even allow this, i was doing her (me) a favour.” is talking badly about a customer with other customers IN FRONT of a customer professional? i felt extremely embarased on top of already dealing with a bad situation.also favour? lol your merchandise broke within 1 minute. please.all i said was she was being rude, ie rolling her eyes, raising her eyebrows all that. i could’ve talked back too, i could’ve snapped back too, but i was trying to simply just state you’re being rude and i’m having none of it. the manager still thought it was appropriate to involve other customers and make me look bad. disgusting.the issue arose because the employee didn’t try to mention the policies because she didn’t tell me to go bring a new clip, assumed i wanted to return which doesn’t make sense given the 3 for $10 deals (i would be essentially returning and getting no money in return). i pointed this fact out and was met with anger by the her, astonishing really.shouldn’t the employee be asking if i’m doing a return or exchange? why did i have to ask if i should go get another clip? why is the customer responsible for knowing the policies better than the employee? ridiculous.if the manager would actually ask what the issue was she would understand that her employee clearly needs more training in regards to educating the customer on how returns versus exchange work given the deals at this location. disgusting, do better.
