Visited for the first time today to look into the hair straightener. We were helped by Russel who was a great! He was able to provide relevant product information and a demonstration. As a result, we purchased the last in-stock blue/copper Airstrait. Russel also ensured that we were registered for the warranty before leaving the store. Very impressed by the service, and excited to try out Airstrait.

Had an amazing experience at the Vancouver Store all thanks to the Beth!! She was so informative about the products, gave a great demo, and was just a very welcoming presence in the store. I felt no pressure into buying the product, as it can be quite a big purchase. I did end up purchasing the Corrale and I am OBSESSED. It is such an amazing product! My hair stays straight for days now when it used to only last a couple of hours with my GHD straightener. And my hair feels so much softer even days after using it. The cordless factor is such a convenience as well. Very glad I popped in the store and that Beth was there to welcome me. Will definitely be back!

I went to this store to return a Dyson V8 that I'd bought online (I wanted to upgrade it to one with more power). I was greeted by Beth who was the best possible person to assist me. Even though she was relatively new to the store, she was able to quickly and efficiently help me process the return and did so with a really positive attitude. She also made sure to double check with her colleague that everything was done correctly so that I wouldn't have any issues on my side.Additionally, Beth was very knowledgeable and resourceful when helping me pick out an upgraded version of the vaccuum (the V10). She was able to find all of the answers to my questions and made sure that I got the right version for my needs. I'm very happy with my purchase so far. Go Beth!
