This is the first time that I am purchasing a wig, therefore I needed a lot of help and Shaunna very kindly guided me through the process. I would recommend this company to anyone.

If you’re buying a wig or alternative hair solutions in Toronto, I highly recommend the Wig Wardrobe. My experience here was honestly leagues better than any other wig salon I’ve visited in Toronto.. and I’ve been to pretty much all of them.In summary: Incredible service (would rate 10 stars if I could), wide variety of products, VERY reasonable pricing (when there's a sale on, it's probably some of the best prices in Canada), and prompt shipping. Absolutely am going to be a return customer!Shaunna was an absolute delight to work with. I have Alopecia, and Shaunna is a hair loss survivor herself, and her sense of empathy really shone through -- I immediately felt comfortable talking to her about my hair needs. Wig-shopping can be quite an intimate and sometimes uncomfortable experience, but Shaunna made it easy. She was warm, responsive, compassionate, and went above and beyond to accommodate me and alleviated any concerns that I had about buying my next hairpiece. It also turns out that she is also very educated in the realm of wigs/alternative hair, and was happy to share her expertise and honest experiences as we got to know what I was looking for.The store is temporarily closed for in-person consults, however Shaunna was able to answer all my questions via email and phone, and she was kind enough to work with me on a sort of personalized sample box, which was really helpful in making my final decision! She was not sales-y or pushy at all, but rather, relatable and down-to-earth. I have found that other Toronto wig salons were a different vibe—it was nice to feel welcome for once.I ended up purchasing two Jon Renau wigs (Zara Petite and the Blake Petite), among other accessories like the shampoo kits, repair balm and wig stands. As we know.. hairpieces (especially human hair) are quite a hefty investment, but I was pleasantly surprised that the prices here were very reasonable, considering that they are not widely available in Canada, and not to mention that there are also sales! Shipping was super quick as well (about 2 days since I'm in Toronto).To put it simply, working with Shaunna was like bringing my best friend to the wig salon to find my next wig. I truly felt like she had my best interests in mind. I didn’t just buy a wig, I made a new friend.Thank you Shaunna for everything ❤

Thank you Shaunna and the Wig Wardrobe! I’m not sure how I found you but I am so happy that I did. Shaunna was super helpful, understanding, and easy to talk to. There were many phone calls/emails back and forth. She was quick to reply and offer help (thank you for all of the videos to see the hair colours in different lightings). She made purchasing a wig during a pandemic much simpler. It took a little while to receive it due to Canada Post but Shaunna was tracking the package more than me! It was a great experience.

Shaunna at the Wig Wardrobe is absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the wig that I had ordered was on backorder and the ETA continued to get pushed (but this isn't Shaunna's fault!). She was extremely diligent in keeping up with the status of the wig and giving me regular updates.It's hard to come by a business that really cares about you and truly wants to help, so I am grateful to have found The Wig Wardrobe.
