Incredibly poor service. They “attempted” to deliver a package to my home twice. I say attempted to remain polite. In both occasions, they didn’t even try to knock or anything. No note, nothing. According to customer service, there was traffic” in my residential neighbourhood. Yeah right. The people working there simply do not care. I ended having to drive over there for an hour round trip to pick up my package. And that’s after calling them 3 times over 2 days (not to mention the wait time).For the love of god

The worth service foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.My wife is pregnant, she is in 34 weeks of pregnancy. she had a DR appointment. The driver leans a huge package on my garage door. He did not even ring the bell. He just drove into my drive way and leans the package on my garage door. My wife cannot even to open the garages door. I fill a complain. See what happen next. What if my wife labour???

The worst service you could get.I have ordered a phone form Rogers. It arrived at their Depot a week ago but with status: Incorrect Address.I have called them the same day to make sure my address was corrected. They were ensuring me that this is done. But after a week, nothing was done. I was calling them everyday, and everyday the same answer: A lot of requests. You have to wait from 1-4 business days.So, I am still waiting and nobody cares.Once I refused the parcel, but the crazy driver delivered it back to me the next day, saying he doesn't understand why it is my address on the label.

It’s so easy for them to send you a message that there is a problem in the delivery, please come pick it up from the office! Now I must drive 15 mins to pick up my parcels.And I see im not the only one.

I ordered a phone thru rogers, was supposed to be delivered today but at 10am the system shows that the package was in boucherville, qc and there is a delay because a missing connection (it was going from Toronto, on to brossard, qc) so it was already in my área 30 min away.... with expected delivery on Monday, now I check again at 3pm and says that the address is incorrect... it is not... they didn't even tried to deliver it... now waiting on the line for more than 30 min and still waiting... I need the phone because I work with it, so thanks Purolator for making me wait.... I saw all other reviews and everyone mentions the same... always a problem with cellphones... I mean really? Can at least the drivers try to deliver?

They have such big problems with logistics. They lost packages, they're unable to track it correctly or give any ETA. Their processes are really not customer-centric. I mean... Seriously.... It's your core business, you should be on top of your game. I had better services with smaller logistic companies. Customer service by phone or chat (when you finally reach them) is a real joke. From now on, I'll make sure to either change the shipping method during checkout, pay extra to avoid getting my packages from Purolator or buy elsewhere. When you compare to other delivery company, others offer more flexible options.

Avoid shipping with Purolator at all costs. I understand shipping delays but when there is no update on your tracking number in 4 days and customer service can't tell you when your package will be delivered thats just bad service. They know exactly where my package is but wont let me go pick it up. They aren't the only ones running a business, ruining client relationships when their service cant deliver on time. Paying the extra money is 100% worth it UPS is a very close in price and sometimes even cheaper with way better service.

I'd give a minus 5 if google allowed.2 days in a row, the driver passes by the house without leaving the package while its it's clearly instructed to deliver at the back door, on the adjacent street. I called CS the 1st day, the guy from New Delhi assured me he updated the delivery instructions and that my package will be delivered the following day. The next day, same thing happened. The delivery guy just passes by the front door which is not accessible in winter. There's a sign on the front door that says to deliver at the rear entrance and the same info is provided in the delivery instructions. The worst courier company in Canada. I thought it was hard to beat UPS but you guys just did, twice in a row.

These people don’t show up. They ask you to come pick up at the pick up point. And they share gas. How do I know that: each time Amazon send packages with them they don’t come, AT ALL! I don’t find a notice from them. And it’s always the same problem! They really playing a sneaky game right there! I really get anxious each time Amazon chooses them as the carrier!
