The owner Rahyl decided to take on job doing exterior potlights in June 2022. He started the job. That same day, I gave him payment for the lights. He left some work unfinished which included installing switch backplate and providing the warranty for lights as agreed upon. Next day, I contacted him to ask when he's coming but got no answer. This continued for many weeks where he kept saying he'll send one of his guys or that he is in the area and will come. At one point he told me to stop bugging" him so I stopped messaging him. He never came and always cancelled. After receiving payment

very poor and unprofessional service , calls are ignored. no update about rebate its more then 2+ years. Mr Rahyl Hassan keep ignoring/ delaying our rebate. we are misinformed, Never came to pickup old light for recycling even after promises several times.may 27 2022 replyYou did installation but never applied for Rebate as per agreement. we check with IESO, there was no delay for IESO, you never applied for rebate application . Mr. Khalid said he will give us application # , we have not recive yet.

Excellent service! Very quick, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. We had our kitchen, living room and basement fitted with pot lights and they did a great job!

Our lights worked for approx. 6 months. When they stopped working, it took months to get a hold of anyone. Had to follow up a few times. Once we FINALLY heard back, customer service was terrible - they were rude and not helpful in the slightest. Will be avoiding this brand at any hardware store.

Gurvinder and Ali did a fantastic job installing our pot lights. They were very efficient at their work. We wanted to add a switch in a new location, instead of tearing out dry wall to do it, they recommended a wireless switch which saved us the trouble of redoing extensive drywall repair. We will be asking them to come back to complete the rest of the house

I was very satisfied with the work. They were very professional and polite. They always asked me a question before they began the work to make sure that I was satisfied with where they were putting the pot lights. They also took the time to show me the different shades of the lights so that I can pick the one that I liked best. I would highly recommend. I will be calling them back to finish the rest of my pot lights on my main floor. Thank you!!
