Crosstown Car Wash

Been a monthly member for the past few months, happy with the service and my car is clean. If i ever have any issues, it gets resolved quickly.

Im a member here. What I don't like how they force you to sign up for a minimum of 3 months and automatically take your credit card and charge it. Forcing customers to use your service is a bit extreme. The attendant got mad I used the debit card to purchase it and not my credit card so they can't pre-authorize. The vacuum area is always dirty and never really maintained throughout the day . Garbage all over the bays. I've been going here for about a year now.

I’ve always paid for the membership service and you do a bad job

I can’t recommend Crosstown Car Wash highly enough. The amount of time and effort which is put into every single vehicle that the team work on is second to none. Friendly, helpful, honest and reliable price is unreal. Could not ask for anything more. Managers Customer service was spot on. Definitely going to use this guys in nearest future!

We should be able to give 0 stars.Money well wasted. I spent $35 and I had to ask for a cloth to wipe the inside of my car myself. They didn't even make an effort. Vacuuming? forget it.Do not waste your money. What a ripoff. Shame on you.I called their phone number and no one answered and you cannot leave a message. That tells you all you need to know.Do better!

I have 2 monthly cawar wahs at this place since is near my hound business. Always fo the inside ($20) extra each time and never gets my car clean the way it should be, last time I went there , Saturday June 10th pay for interior again, only the rinse my mats and 7 guys doing a BMW didn't even care to clean up my window. DO NOT GET INTERIOR HERE,DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ALL THEY DO IS RINSE YOIR MATS.

Very bad experience and poor service. They will damage the paint of your car. My new car paint was damaged by their washer machines. Not recommended, you will end up getting scratched and dents on your car

This is the first for the year to go back to this place to get my car detailed but once again the service was very poor. They did not vacuum my car properly I had to get the vacuum and move my car seat and vacuum under the seat my windows that’s another story. I had to ask for them to clean my back window. This place need not to charge so much for full service because it does not exist at this location. Mangers/owners plz look into this location because they will cost you customers. Just saying. I will no longer be visiting this location I will pay more just to have my car clean properly.

You think being in business so long they would know what they were doing. I had appt at 10, they only have one entrance where you get stuck in line to pay. When you explain you have appt they try to find someone who knows what to do and ask you what service your having. Felt uncomfortable at this point that I would get service I was paying for.
