Great customer service and product.I work remotely out of country and needed some shipping supplies delivered to the data Center we use, Jackie and Melanie made it happen it wasn't a huge purchase but non the less if I ever need anything again I will not be using the either of the major shipping places that were closer but never responded.A huge thank you again to Jackie and Melanie for getting the supplies delivered.

Legitimately the worst customer service ever. If you want to feel like a nuisance for giving a store money, come here. Rude, unhelpful, and the man on cash feels that whatever is happening on his cell phone is more important than cashing out a customer.

This is a smaller store but they have a great selection of moving supplies and things you wouldn't necessarily think of when planning to move like a wardrobe box, mattress covers or a protective box for art or mirrors. I run a small business from home and it's very convenient to visit here for shipping supplies. The staff are top notch, helpful and very friendly. I've been coming here for a few years now.

I went this store to buy a small box.I parked my car, and I also needed to send a letter so I was walking to the Canada post first . It is located next door to the box store.At that time, somebody honked crazily at that parking spot. I didn’t understand because there were lots of empty parking spaces.When I came back to the parking lot after 1min, one car blocked my car. And the car’s plate number was BOX… I realized why the car honked crazily and blocked my car.I entered this box store and an old lady stared at me scarily. I said “Hi” and she ignored.Anyway I bought a box, then the old lady moved her car finally .. The plate number was BOX..)so I was able to go home.Don’t go alone to this store, I had horrible experience!!!

They certainly do know boxes, but the prices are dramatically higher than other options in the area (for some items, like paper and tape, expect to pay 2-5x) Go here for specialty boxes, but do yourself a favour and go to Home Depot for the basics.Also, while I personally had friendly service, on separate trips both my wife and father were treated very rudely. Not sure what was up with that.

Very happy with their service. The gentleman who answered the phone helped ensure I was requesting the right package (I was looking to order a tv box so I could ship something large and slim back to a retailer after I mistakenly disposed of the packaging). The desk rep was courteous and helpful, even helping to arrange delivery since I didn’t have a car. The delivery arrived same day, and the delivery drivers were very communicative and professional (calling ahead and then calling upon arrival).The box is exactly what I needed. A Double walled, heavy duty box to ship a large item. It was a little on the pricy side, but considering I was able to purchase 1 stand alone item (I didn’t need a 10 pack of tv boxes like other vendors require), and also the delivery was free - definitely a great value for a downtown city gal without a car.

Had the best experience!Went in needing boxes and packing supplies and the customer service was excellent! The staff were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and super helpful.The free parking was a great bonus.I will definitely be going back to buy all the boxes I need for Christmas gifts.

Helpful staff and lots of options for moving supplies. It seems a bit on the pricier side but the convenient location made it worthwhile for me to get my moving stuff there.
