There are secretary staff that are respectful and a quiet seating area. The forms are also translated in Chinese for those who are not proficient in English but are capable in Chinese. Dr. Fernandez is a very kind and caring specialist who takes the time to explain your condition to you in great detail. I enjoyed the visit and I left feeling assured and more positive for the future in terms of my health.

Very disappointing experience! I had an appointment in place and the office called me asking me to come in sooner. I arrived/checked in and waited an hour past my appointment time without being seen. After asking twice when I will be seen the receptionist said Dr. Kim left for the day without seeing me! I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism shown in this office. No apology for the mishap... nothing! At my next visit with Dr. Kim I was explaining the pain/itchiness in my ears hadn't improved with the drops she prescribed me and she refused to give me anything else to help! She simply shrugged her shoulders and said this is the only thing I'm willing to prescribe you. Isnt a Dr suppose to help a patient when in need and find a solution to treat them? Horrible experience, unprofessional staff/Dr. I do not recommend this place

Great service I called to follow up to see ENT I explained our situation and tje secretary put us in for same day at 240. We arrived early they were amazing as for Dr Joanne Kim absolutely outstanding bedside manner did ear injections very painful she was amazing took her time explained everything I was shocked at how attentive she was she wanted to know about daily routine took her time book other appointments while doing treatment all ready at reception when you leave extremely amazing secretaries very clean waiting area plenty of seats very busy ! I would recommend 100 percent!!Thank you Dr Kim and staff at front desk amazing!!THANK YOU!
