The thermostatic valve and trim in our bathroom needed to be changed because to their age and wear. When I inquired for an estimate, RMC Plumbing & Electric responded immediately away. After receiving the new trim, I was able to quickly arrange a time for RMC Plumbing & Electric to finish the job. Very quick response! A diamond stud earring that I lost down the sink. My lately passed-away hubby gave the earrings to me. Within 30 minutes of my call, they dispatched a plumber to my home, who disassembled the P trap, located the earring, and didn't charge me! Amazing!
