Today ends a one week process of transforming our 1960s chip stucco home to an updated acrylic stucco. It's my parents' home and the project was motivated by a desire to increase the R-Value by adding 1.5 in Styrofoam (EIFS). Depend Exterior was one of three quotes I received. They were the best price, and more importantly the clearest in describing what they would be doing. They didn't nickle and dime their quote with extras like removing some old siding and patching some gaps. Hasan and Metin were awesome to deal with. It's a family business - father, two sons and a crew. You could see they had pride in their work; quality is their signature. Hasan and his team did an amazing job repairing and refinishing the stucco on an exterior wall that had been damaged by water. He was very responsive and flexible with coordinating the work with other construction, and the site was cleaned up afterward.
