My first visit with Dr Zarikoff I was very impressed with the professionalism of him and his staff, would highly recommend to others.

Great staff, quick dental work. The worker at the front desk is amazing! Very polite and efficient.

Very good dentist, quick and perfect work

I have been going to Dr Zarikoff since I was young and now my children will be going. He is absolutely amazing, he is so gentle and his office is full of amazing and professional staff. I couldn't recommend a better family dentist

Dr. Zarikoff himself and his hygienists have provided decent service and have been friendly enough to deal with. The new front desk staff however is very unpleasant. When i had a question about billing (I felt there was a mistake and I had been overcharged) I was met in a unprofessional manner, with attitude and hostility that was completely unnecessary. I'll be finding a new dentist and wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this office, it isn't worth anyone's time to be treated the way they treat their clients!

Highly recommend a different provider. Used this dentist for several years until an extremely unpleasant front end staffer replaced his receptionist a few years ago. Because of errors in billing, her inept customer service and her blatant rudeness I stayed away for a few years. Tried to book again today for a small tooth chip. She hasn't changed.I hadn't proceed with many thousands of dollars worth of work several years ago. As a result I she said I was fired. When I indicated affordability was an issue, she changed her story and said it was because I didn't pay for some staff member's additional charges beyond benefits coverage. (I do pay for the benefit plan). When I asked her if she held other businesses responsible for the 20 percent the patient is supposed to pay (my benefits plan covers 80 percent to $1500), she said no. Then she started lying and claimed I said I would pay for it. It was extreme incompetence covered by extreme rudeness.BTW, the additional thousands of dollars of work recommended was not necessary and was fixed by another dentist without compromising two perfectly good teeth (as was originally suggested).
