Ridiculous how incompetent they are.How is it I order double cheeseburgers, im charged double cheeseburgers, only to find single burgers dry and stale and cold in the bag? The fries? Not once, not twice but every single time we go they arent even cooked, theyre soggy practically thawed. They dont do milkshakes either.. they have the equipment they just dont want to. Honestly this particular mcdonalds dont even bother. Drive the extra few km to boisbriand instead. At least theyre worth something. 0/5 - change your management, change your team. 30/06/2023

Went with my family, terrible service.1st of all there was no kleenex to wipe the disgusting tables, waited 10mins to ask for some without anyone showing up to talk to me, no cleaning services either to have clean tables. Went to the bathroom to get some (very bad quality paper towel as well).Then I went to order, still nobody there to serve. Manager fully busy barely managing the orders. Machine not printing receipts, didnt even give me a number.Waited about 1h to get my food. There was 4 ppl before me. Not very fast food".+Air dryer in the bathroom so weak....and as mentioned paper tower terrible quality.Terrible experience."

Worst service I ever had at McDonald's... They prefer to serve Uber and drive and they don't even care about real people waiting inside. Made severals mistake in our orders and staff look like they just got out of funerals. Definely a place to avoid unless you don't have any respect for yourself.

It is currently 2 pm, and there is a snowstorm.Got my food quickly, but this location suffers from the infamous printer not working syndrome.One of the two drink dispensers is out of service as well, but the other seems to work fine.The food was okay, the poutine portion though has to be the smallest portion I've gotten this year.Currently everything is fairly clean.

VERY SLOW SERVICE!Got the food when it was coldWaited 32 minutes before getting my order and we were only 2 people waiting inside.Items were missing in orderFloor, tables, chairs, coke machine, toilet and playground are all very dirty.Seems like the employees are miserable there and really don't want to work.
