The website was easily navigated, I ordered and that was a smooth quick process. I was given a tracking number for Purolator. When I received my parcel in about 2-3 days, I opened it and the contents were better than I expected. I dealt with extremely professional and kind people on the phone. As an instructor who teaches lifeguarding, lifesaving and regular first aid courses, finding proper training and work equipment can be difficult. First Aid Canada was quick with replies to any queries I had and shipping was fast. There were also many items available to choose from. Aaron provided excellent customer service as well! I was just looking for n95 masks on your site and it certainly appears you are excessively gouging in these troubled times. $219 for 20 masks that can be bought at Home Deport for about $25 in normal times is shamefully taking advantage of a bad situation in my opinion. The Ontario government may not look kindly on this.

First Aid Canada was great to deal with. I ordered 3 first aid kits and supplies to make 4 of my own for our farm. I had a great experience with FirstAidCanada. Not too long after ordering, I was sent an order confirmation. The product I wanted wasn't in stock, so one of their employees contacted me and let me know the situation and told me that they had a similar product which was an upgraded version of the product I originally ordered. They offered to send me that upgraded one at no additional cost, which I thought was a very nice gesture. I received the product promptly. The shipping time was so fast.
