Michael Peterson went above and beyond to help me get my first home. Since the beginning of the process, not one question was left unanswered. He always seemed to be available even during certain evenings. This increased our probability of securing the property we wanted while also giving the sellers more time to discuss on their end early the next day. He provided recommendations to multiple reputable inspectors, insurance companies, and lawyers/notaries. This saved me plenty of time as I also had to work with the city to obtain drawings and a permit while still in the process of purchasing the property. As first time home buyers, the process of buying a house was daunting. We received Deana’s information through a referral, and from the very start she was nothing short of amazing. Finding our first home was a process to say the least (through a pandemic and frenzied market), but she made us feel comfortable every step of the way. She explained every process, every form, all the background on houses we were looking at, what upgrades may be required, was very transparent and truly had our best interests at heart. She worked so hard for us, sending us potential properties to look at, booking viewings, working within our budget, creating offers sometimes late into the evening, liaising with other realtors, discussing options, explaining home inspections, what to look for, you name it.
