I would highly reccommend this service to anyone who is looking for help for a beloved family member. Our care team for my mother in law (Arminda) were outstanding. The communication between our care planner Rhonda Eves and our team members was fantastic. It was wonderful to see how each girl bonded with Arminda. These girls were always respectful, trustworthy, loyal,compassionate,informative and very well trained. It gave me peace of mind when I was at work myself that Arminda was being well taken care of. If there were ever any questions or concerns I was always contacted right away . The girls would engage with Arminda in various ways from coloring-doing arts and crafts-helping her in the kitchen-taking her for a walk in her wheelchair sitting in the backyard during summer talking about flowers and her vegetable garden. If you do decide to go with Right at Home you will have peace of mind that you have done the right thing for your family member. I am so happy that they were there for us

The PSW’s for my dad were 5 stars or moreDad is 92 and they were so caring and understandingp of his needs right up to the time we needed to hospitalize him. They communicated with the family, Dad liked the back rubs he got in the shower. Positive suggestions and accommodated us in the hours we needed them.I will be using them again if the need arises.

We needed some help for my mother and as soon as I got in contact with Rhonda I knew we were in good hands. She was so kind and understanding. They wanted to know all about my mom and her wants so they could find her the right PSW. We got the help my mother needed, they matched her with the perfect PSW. Everyone that I have talked with has been nice and helpful, you can tell they care. I highly recommend this company!!

Right at Home was the best care company we used in over 10 years of care for my elderly father in Ayr. They were more reliable & gave us additional help when CCAC couldn’t because they had no one that could drive there. They were great at communicating their concerns & easy to reach when we needed to pass on information for his care, daily if needed. They made the last months of his life easier for him & his family knowing he was well cared for.

Since our first interactions with Right at Home, we have had a great experience working with the team. They are kind, organized, approachable and flexible. They have provided wonderful care for our teenage daughter with a disability. The PSWs share such compassion and loving support to her which has allowed her to make good connections with them. I don't know what I would do without them as they have allowed our family to have a break from constant care. Thanks for all that you do, you have made a difference in all of our lives.

A friend of mine that is 84 had a very bad fall outside of her apartment building. She lives alone. She cracked a rib, her shoulder blade and a vertebrae in her back. Living alone in Cambridge, while I live and work part time in Woodstock, was a major problem. I reached out to Right at Home Care. I was connected to a lovely lady named Rhonda. She was so kind and understanding I immediately felt better about our impossible situation. She sent me all the information I needed to get my friend some help. Rhonda even called me back a week later to ask how my friend was. She is a lovely person, and I would highly recommend this company in your time of need. After having an accident and breaking bones in my foot and ankle, I was unable to look after myself.. My son got in contact with Right at Home and they took over my care and did things around the house that I was unable to. My home has never been so clean and tidy, the laundry was done, bathrooms scrubbed, dishes done and of course my personal care was looked after. The caregivers were upbeat and approachable and always concerned about your well-being. I would recommend this organization to anyone.

Where to begin!! Right at Home is an awesome and amazing service! Their PSW's are incredible, friendly and super sweet! They are always wanting to help out! Amazing service!!Rhonda is AMAZING!! I have called her up a day before needing services for my MIL, and she has come through every time! Even when I had to call the emergency number, they have been able to accommodate as well. Rhonda asks how you are, what she can do for you , how long you need the service for and after service is provided, she calls to ask how everything went! She is AMAZING!If anyone has ever been on the fence, I highly recommend!Thank you Rhonda and Right at Home for helping us out!!

I recently used the services of Right at Home for my husband while I was on vacation. The staff were amazing. They were very thoughtful and professional and took care of his every need. They went above and beyond for him and to ease any stress I was feeling about going on vacation without him. I would highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again.

When looking for in-home care recently for a relative, I was fortunate enough to run across Right at Home Home Care Cambridge. From our first contact, Rhonda Eves was impressive. Her professionalism, compassion, willingness to accommodate special needs and preferences, and her timely follow- through on her commitments were exceptional. She was especially tender in her dealings with our loved one, building confidence in her capability and that of her organization. Although we haven't yet been able to engage in-home services due to personal circumstances, Rhonda and Right at Home are at the top of our list when we are ready. Personal care is a highly sensitive and personal service and I can't say enough about our confidence in working with Rhonda should the opportunity present itself.
