Done Rite Roofing

Had a great experience with Done Rite Roofing. The roofer, Jeff, came out to the house to show me a ton of samples, and even left me with several of them for a few days so that I could take time to make the right decision on shingle colour with my husband. Even though the weather had been terrible, they kept me up-to-date with the ETA on the installment of the new roof, and when they were finally able to come out in between rainy days, did a bang up job! The roof looks absolutely fantastic! Also, very important to me, was their customer service on the admin side. Lindsay always got back to my emails in such a timely manner, even emailing me in the late evening sometimes. I find so many companies fail to respond to customers within acceptable timeframes, so this part of the service was really important to me too. I have nothing bad to say about the experience, would highly recommend them!

Lindsay was always prompt to inform me of any updates. Jeff and his team were professional and courteous and took care in respecting my property throughout the installation of my new roof. It was a pleasure doing business with Done Rite Roofing. There was excellent communication with the office and the crew worked hard and efficiently. The did my detached garage (in photo) and house. The clean up was great and aside from the new roof you wouldn’t know they had been here. I would recommend them and use them again! Thank You!

From the moment I contacted them and spoke with Lindsay in regards to what I wanted to the very end, everything ran so smoothly.Jeff and his boys worked so hard up on that roof in the heat and even the surprise sun shower.
