Roblin Animal Hospital has been taking care of our various pet’s healthcare needs for years. We have always found them to have our pet’s best interests at heart. The front office staff are always friendly and the vets take the time to ensure they understand your concerns and to explain themselves. Prices are fair and I never feel oversold on anything.

Bringing an older pet in for vet services is always difficult because you know that there is probably something wrong and it will probably cost a lot of money to find out what that is. Bringing in a reactive dog is also difficult as you have to ask for special entree so your pet doesn't freak out before their exam. Jasmine was so understanding and so awesome with our shepperd Rocko that I felt very reassured. Dr. Fiske was very thorough and ended up on the phone till well after 6 on a Friday night trying to find the px we needed. Dr. Fiske is always very good about telling what the expense is going to be and what your options are, so it's not a shock when you get to paying the bill. He was also excellent at providing a diagnosis and a treatment plan, while other vets have - in my experience - avoided a diagnosis in older pets relying instead of the px's they have at hand. Most vets can look after a healthy pet quite well, but you need a really good one to look after your sick pet.The clinic itself has such a positive vibe going. They are welcoming and reassuring. I have been in some clinics that make you feel like a bad pet owner because money can be an issue but Dr. Fiske and his team seem aware vet bills can be a financial and emotional challenge. Knowing that your vet clinic will try to find you and your pet a manageable solution reduces a lot of the stress involved when your pet needs additional care beyond annual shots and pills.

I am taking my dogs to them for over 4 years. They are always treat my dogs the best. The have all the patience to deal with two large dogs that love explore. My dogs love to go there!

An excellent experience all around. The Vet was kind and gentle with me and my dog, and the cost was very reasonable. The staff was curious, prompt and professional, and the appointment was on time as well

Dr. Kusa is the best vet there is on this earth. My kitty lost his appetite and was very lethargic. I went to 2 other vets and they were of no help at all. Only charged me and did nothing to help my kitty. I heard amazing things about Dr. Kusa at Roblin Animal Hospital and I did not expect what this vet was able to do for my cat. A few days later, my kitty is almost back to normal. He is eating well and so much more happier. Dr. Kusa is an extremely knowledgable vet.The vets I went to before missed the most important detail that was wrong with my cat which put him in a life threatening situation. Thank you to all the staff who helped out my cat Whiskey. He is 12 years old, healthy again and happy.

Location is great and the ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful. Not so crazy about the 2 Drs I've seen for our dogs. Very pushy in seemingly trying to upsell" so that you spend more money there. I had to be insistent before they left me alone.Over $70 for barely a 5 minute checkup on the dogs just to allow them to get tic medication ($$$) which should be a simple over the counter sale. Sorry but it all just seems like a money grab scam to me for something as minor as tic medication.5 star for the ladies at the front

I was doubting I wanted to spend another second thinking about this very unpleasant experience we had at Roblin Animal Hospital, but this incident warrants a report, so I will get this off of my chest. I thought after this incident that Fisk would call to at least apologize but no sign of that happening...PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW POSTED BELOW, EXCEEDS CHARACTER LIMITATION HERE.
