Great selection of products, they have a good point system & the staff is sweet. They love animals, so they enjoy their jobs, and it's reflective in the vibe the minute you interact with anyone who works here. In particular, though, Christian has guided me through puppy 101 since the day before my dog came home, and has continuously answered my questions, ensuring that I'm getting good quality products that will benefit her. He's genuinely interested in her wellbeing which is super kind.. the sense of community here is awesome and it's why I'll keep coming back.

I love the food selection. They always have what I need but I have to mention, I feel like the staff follows me every time I’m in the store. I thought it was just me but for the third time now one of the girls is like my shadow when I’m shopping. I don’t know if this is a protocol, they don’t say anything to me I just turn around and there they are again. I go biweekly, I spend an average 75.00 every time yet still feel like I’m always being followed. My partner agreed she felt the same when she went solo

I had a very pleasant surprise going to Pitou Minou Le Plateau for the first time today. Admittedly I had no reason to go before as we only got our puppy last week...The staff was exceptionally helpful; I visited different pet stores before and this stands out of the crowd.

Big selection for dogs, cats and small animals. dry, wet and frozen food , I am very pleased with the attention they gave us, the staff is super helpful and kind when you need something. Absolutely recommended!

I always receive amazing service from a sales associate here named Cris! She is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the different brands. She also takes the time to give personalized recommendations for my dog Teddy. She is truly passionate about what she does and I’m always excited to shop at this location. Thank you Cris and team!
