We had great satisfying experience with our mobile phone purchase from this store. I really appreciate the customer service representative Animesh Bharti's efforts to provide best value package and services to us. He had all answers of our doubts and being genuine and humble. His customer service skills are awesome! I would highly recommend this place for mobile purchase and getting best plans.

I went to shop. Purchased 2 new phone lines. Present CSR told me that, if I bring in my old phone any time I will be able to get a new case free." This talk was done in front of lead CSR. Made me happy.But

It's really unfortunate that I had to waste 3h while the young woman at the Mobile Shop kept serving the same customer for 3h. I had to leave before getting service as there was already many people ahead of me. It's absolutely unacceptable to take 3h with the same customer and to only have 1 staff on a busy day. On top of that, when another customer asked the young woman how long it would be until she can serve the next person, she replied I am paid by the hour I can be here until 11" which is rude and unprofessional."
