Stopped in when in Peterborough recently to have my pup's nails cut and ground. The girls took Lexi immediately and managed to do a great job despite any complaining or protesting from a highly energetic pup. They did remarkable job efficiently, professionally, and quickly. I will gladly take my dog back for future 'pedicures'.

Slightly overpriced but overall very good quality pet supplies. Good selection of fish, small mammals, birds, reptiles and cats.

My little chihuahua took puppy training here with Mary, she was absolutely amazing and didn't mind that I had to bring my toddler with me as well. Would definitely recommend anyone with puppies/dogs to go and see her she's such a sweetheart and very patient

my doodle went to the salon for awash, bail clipping sanitary trim. To my horror the groomer, who said the bottom. of his ears were matted, actually shaved off half of his ear hair! I was mortified. The sanitary trim wasn't done. Never ever take your pet there!!!!

Ok so I am a big pet fan and owner. i have been a loyal customer making regular and frequent purchases from this location. I went in to buy my cats some items - they were posted on sale and I thought BONUS! However at checkout the price of my items were posted at regular price rate. i mentioned they are marked on sale and the sales clerk said only if they have you phone number on file (which I don't). Sorry BUT I am NOT confident Pet Smart can keep my personal data safe NOR is it necessary for me to demonstrate customer loyalty. Your sales price posted did not say for “members only”. To penalize any customer for not sharing personal info is just inappropriate and a bit over the top for a pet supply store. Fortunately there is a store called Amazon who will deliver the same products to my door next day and cheaper. I’ll be shopping elsewhere. If you want service and value this isn’t the place Cannot recommend this location.

Great staff, clean store. Our dog fell in love with the Charity bear and has mauled it so many times (I repair it) that it looks deformed but our Simon still loves it.❤️
