I bought my very first car at this dealership! Jay was very honest, kind and always had my best interest at heart. Anytime I had a single problem with the vehicle he was able to take care of it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this place if they want a car dealer who actually listens to your needs.There a ton of shady car dealerships in this area that made me feel uncomfortable and pressured me into making decisions, but Jay was not one of them. He encouraged me to take my time and think through every decision thoroughly before deciding on the vehicle that was right for me.

Would not buy a vehicle here very unprofessional. Called them twice to book a test drive for 4.30pm. They sold the car and didn’t even have the decency to tell me. Drove out for nothing

I suggest you run a Carfax before you buy a car from this business. A VW listed on their website with 104k kilometres actually has 213k.

I don't know about the selling cars part, but my friend had a flat tire and didn't know what to do except pull over and walk to this shop. A very kind and patient mechanic came out with her all the way to her car and taught her how to change her tire. Lovely people!

i flew down from sunshine coast to buy a car for girlfriend, flight/taxi cost me $400. muhammad said csr is in excellent shape no problem because it was just inspected.on test drive it was pulling to the left and steering wheel was off center. a/c was blowing hot air. engine was sluggish. i then pulled over to inspect it and engine had a lot of valve rattling and timing chain slap. he said a/c can be recharged. i’ve done that before on my other cars and it cost $250 and $20 extra to put in a dye pack to see if it leaks. if it does leak you can see where it leaks and fix it and pay another $250 to charge up again. if it’s a pump problem you can tack on another $500+. it will need a wheel alignment for sure . he seemed to know about both those problems. he claimed to be surprised about the engine noise like it just happened now.this place is very shady, i don’t know how this shyster is in business. he knew i was flying down there to buy that car. i spent another $300 flying back. my buddy picked me up drove me to airport and at least saved a $100 taxi.i’d like to know who inspected that car to make it pass and have there license revoked along with muhammad. he was a very rude person and didn’t care … beware of this business!!!!

Got my first flat tire on East Columbia and promptly freaked out. Walked myself to this shop and the mechanic got me back to my car, explained how to put on the spare, did it for me, got us back to the shop and tried to reinflate my tire. Cannot stress how nice, understanding, and calming the mechanics are here. Seriously saved my skin. Amazing service and people :)

Genuinely one of the strangest, shadiest and most unprofessional experiences I've had shopping for a used car.I came to look at a 2008 Ford Escape, I talked to the owner, Mohammed who said it was running fine etc.Got in and immediately noticed the AC/Heat was not blowing, he seemed very surprised and said it will be fixed.I asked if I could test drive in the meantime and then they can fix it before I purchase the vehicle. He immediately said no.I came back 2 days later and test drove the vehicle, the AC/heat was still not blowing, and it had a check engine light, ABS breaking alert and a few other lights on.The transmission oil is very clearly extremely low or leaking as the vehicle lurched about 3 feet everytime you shifted.I told him all this after the test drive and he said it would be fixed and they would call me.Went in after receiving the call and asked if I could test drive the car again briefly to see if all the issues had been addressed.Mohammed seemed to get angry at this, saying are you going to ask to test drive everytime you look at the vehicle

We bought a second hand SUV from here, it was very clean and in good shape. Gul was straight up with us about possible work it needed, and it didn’t need very much. Good price and good vehicle.
