We had a great experience working with Matt. We were a bit needy and had lots of questions and many twists and turns however he always kept us up to speed with what was going on. Working with Matt was super easy and the process was smooth and flawless.Mortgages renewals tend to generate anxiety but Matt definitely eliminated that feeling immediately as he took matters in his own hands, and we just went along for the ride.Any questions we had he was very responsive and provided clear and concise answers. Great experience!I reached out to Matt to help a client of mine that was having a hard time getting financing through the major banks/lenders. He was quick to step up to the plate and took the time to walk through all options available to my client that could help him achieve home ownership. Upon finding the perfect condo, Matt was quick to get the approval in place and was always consistent with follow-ups and keeping in contact with both of us.
