They did a great job on fixing a large dent on my passenger door! They quoted me $1,000 less than another auto body shop, got me in quickly, provided a free loaner and detailed my car. Highly recommend!

Terrible quality of work. Had a fender bender repaired here and the panel doesn't fit properly anymore, sticking off the car now constantly. Not to mention they didn't properly remove the corrosion in the area before painting it. Rust coming through the paint less than a year after painting. Owner assumes no responsibility at all. Saying I would need a magnifying glass to get all the rust"

I’ve had several vehicles needing body/paint work since buying my first vehicle, and this is the place I chose to do business with! Great service and quality, and the price couldn’t be beat by any of the other shops I’d considered.Most recently, I had a bumper cover replaced due to a j-walking snow-bank that suddenly jumped out in front of me one evening last winter...all jokes aside, these guys did an amazing job and even detailed the interior! They also offered me a free loaner vehicle, although I didn’t need one this time around.Thanks again, Jake and team! Hopefully I don’t need your services any time soon, but if I do I’ll be definitely paying you another visit.

Brought my vehicle in for a quote on damage recently, they called the people who hit me(even though I did not disclose any of that information) about my quote information, and did not call me. Untrustworthy.6 Years previously I brought my yaris in to get a bumper replaced, they ended up attaching it back and using duct tape on the inside to keep it together. Terrible work.The yaris was a lease and this had to be replaced when the vehicle was returned. AVOID THESE PEOPLE.

I've had my vehicle repaired twice at Custom Automotive and I've been so impressed both times! The staff are friendly, understanding and flexible. They go the extra mile for their customers, even making sure my vehicle was sparkling clean and perfectly repaired - ahead of schedule!To make the best of it, Custom Automotive even offers a loaner vehicle while your own vehicle is being repaired.

He did bodywork on my girlfriends VW Atlas (vehicle only 3 years old and already rust on the lift gate which he said was a common issue with that vehicle!) And did an awesome job

Very poor quality of work that them longer to get parts for your vehicle then their repairs last. Paint falls off bumper paint which they dont not know how to match correctly to the original color. Two months all the paint lasts. owner should be shamed to let a costumer get vehicle back in worse condition than it goes in with . Owner and front counter staff all exited that I got new chrome bumpers no wonder that was the only part there didn't have to paint. Staff couldn't be bothered to get vin number off vehicle instead waited days before texting me to get it not a call or do the job right first and order the right parts , owner is the only person who can be blamed after all he should learn to do work that last I'm not even looking for quality work just paint to stay on my vehicle.

Really poor customer service. The first person I dealt with was friendly and professional (possibly the owner - was at a desk/in an office), but when dealing with John Murphy I had comments made to me about my appearance, he was unprofessional, defensive/unwilling to answer a question and dismissive. I managed to get a follow up email quote from him eventually that was lazy and had inaccuracies. When my insurance requested that I have him send them the quote and photos directly he just ignored me and them- luckily I had visited another shop for a second opinion at the time of the incident that was professional and thorough with photos, otherwise I may have been on the hook for it/my insurance would have been a wondering what was going on. Not reliable. I took my business elsewhere and that body shop got over $8k in work; and they’ll get more work ongoing. Avoid this individual.

Had rockers and cab corners replaced two months ago or so. Runs everywhere in paint and after having her brought back once again I’m still left with the rockers rusting again already due to a poor paint job. Stay far FAR AWAY…

One service advisor kept calling me about another claim that was not mine. Asked them to stop about that particular claim the first time they did it. They kept it up. I always had to call them to see how things were going with regard to parts and work being done. Not a pleasant experience.
