ACCORDING TO OLG FAIR GAMEPLAY ( GOVERNMENT ) CASINO SLOT MACHINES ARE REGULATED TO PAY BETWEEN 1-15 % by law , so casinos set there own payout %, for example Niagara is set at 10-12 % which is normal , Elements casino ( Brantford - Flamborough) are set at 1% !!!!! THAT IS A GOOD REASON TO AVOID ELEMENTS ! THEY ARE CROOKS.

Nice place, lots of good machines. excellent food at bar. Staff are efficient, helpful, and very friendly.Still trying to recover from Covid. Attendance is low, payouts lower. Before covid they had a great attendance, met lost of interesting people. Always had fun,Hopefully it will not take much longer before they are back to normal.Really miss the restaurant!

The casino itself is small and the machines are too close to each other. The restaurant has been fairly disappointing ever since they switched to Elements. They have nightly specials but to focus on the specials they minimize the menu. This leaves you with few options. We used to enjoy the restaurants at the casino.Our server was good.We left her with her year ahead horoscope.

Nice atmosphere if you get there 10 o'clock nice and calm lots of excitement machines to play and new ones to explore. What a blast as a night out and not really spend slot of money

Boring. Horrible drink selection ,really small town. I also caught the mousy brown haired woman at the snack counter making fun of my hair with the chef " . Confronted her and she did not deny it. I guess they just pander to the hick locals and thats fine bc we have no interest in returning ."

The Elements Casino Grand is a large casino with slot machines only. There are no poker tables or roulette tables. The slot machines starts from 1c but the minimum bet will be far higher usually 38c. There are also 25c machines. There is a restaurant inside next to the main entrance the casino which serves fair cuisine Canadian style.

This was my first visit to Elements Grand River. The customer service provided by the employees was really friendly and attentive. The establishment and machines were clean and there was a good variety of new slots. We were able to win a few small jackpots and leave with more money in our pockets than what we arrived with.We didn’t get a chance to try the food, but we will the next time. I will definitely return in the near future and update my experience.

Great convenient location. They have some decent machines and for a Sunday afternoon it wasn't too tight. Good mix of electronics Roulette/Craps that I enjoy. The Eatery is very nice and convenient as well. Staff and security were all very friendly. Good times. Will return for sure as we really enjoyed ourselves. What I found surprising is that they have windows into the casino floor lol. You can actually tell if it's daytime haha.

For a smaller casino it is clean and a good selection of slot machines. It wasnt paying much today in my estimation.Would I go back,maybe however after three times I've gone I havent done well compared to other casinos I've played at on the slot machines.
