Nice atmosphere, good music. Food is not bad. Sometimes it can get busy, and seems a little short staffed In the loft. But still good

I love the environment the casino and its employee's give to us who are regular's and newbies especially the security they make u feel very safe and its also very nice to dine in there the food is amazing thank you for your kindness and generosity

Limited dinner menu after 9pm at the Loft180....the food is good ,drinks good,service good,clean....3 piece bands playing at both lounges ,its good to hear live music and relax with a cocktail or two and be able to watch sporting events on the many screensAs for the gaming and betting....you win some ,you lose some....

Casino floor is always being cleaned and disinfected promptly by very attentive and friendly staff. Slot attendants are never far away when you need them and the ladies and gentlemen at customer service are always there to help when needed.

Sadly mcphillips removed poker. This is a massive setback for gamblers and the casino a-like. I have since stopped frequenting mcphillips as it's become to machine oriented. Table games are where real men gamble and sadly mcphillips seems more oriented around their patrons who are mindless and enjoy trivial and benign button pressing for hours on end.However, I cannot deny the spectacular changes they have made to the atmosphere and decor. It's a beautiful establishment.

Lots of elderly people. Not an awesome spot for younger people.

They did a big renovation from the old McPhillips street station and made it much more modern.Looks great!They have a new food area called loft 180. They serve higher end food that's much more upscale and innovative.I tried a number of dishes. Very good. I preferred the main dishes over the desserts that I did tryThe Scotch egg was probably my favorite. I did like the watermelon, grapefruit cheese dish.I only played a few slot machines and did not win, but we didn't play for very long. It was a fun night out. The parking is much better now. It's all covered on the one side we parked. Taking the bridge to get in was so much nicer than having to do the trek outside.
