My furnace broke overnight and was referred to Chin's. I interacted with Mr Kanny Chan who was well mannered and higly efficent.His staff were also punctual and gets the job well done on time. Charges were extremely reasonable with warranty. They also cleaned up well after the contract was complete. They just saved me so much hassel! We would definitely recommend them to any family and friends.

Chin and his team installed a new furnace for my house as the old one was aged. Their work are very professional and reliable. They won't mess up my place, from the door entrance to the area where they installed the system. Now my house is warm. I am very happy and satisfy with their job.Chin is a very hard-working and reliable people. I called him on last Thursday at around 10 p.m. to check my heating system because the house was freezing cold. He came to my house on the same night within 25 minutes. I will highly recommend Chin's Heating & Cooling Company to my friends and families.

They help us to replace the furnace. The installation is very professional. They also help me to fix the air filter racks and extend the air intake to exterior.When I told them my old Carrier furnace is not working, and they come within 2 hour to take a look, and next day they can help me to replace the new furnace. We really need a warm house especially in winter time. I am very happy and satisfied and recommend this company

Chin replaced my hot water heater couples years ago and I was amazed with his price and workmanship. It is now time to replace my furnace and AC and he didn't disappoint. Chin and Matthew explained and addressed any of my concerns before the installation and tried to come up with the best equipment setup for my house. The installation took an entire day with two people and they weren't rushing to complete. The installation was neat and he took the extra time to ensure all the cables, duct work, and vent pipes are properly supported. Chin went above and beyond to re-wire my thermostat wire to ensure I can utilize the two stage function of my new furnace.

I contacted Chin's while my furnace intermittently stopped working and spoke with Matthew over the phone. Matthew was actually very nice and patient to speak with - unfortunately that's where the good service ends.Chin was late to the first appointment, and straight up did not show to the second. When following up with Matthew, I was told that they would no longer be fixing our furnace with no further reason provided.You can imagine how frustrating this can be while you've spent 3 days without heat and on the day it is suppose to be fixed, they no show you. While apologetic, I really cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a fix, especially in Toronto's winter months..

I've recently have a water heater installed by Chin's Heating & Cooling and I would definitely recommend them for all services. They are friendly, approachable and professional and took all preparation and after-installation steps seriously.I'm very confident in their work and they actually took extra efforts and time to ensure all our concerns were addressed promptly. Will definitely used them for all services moving forward; did not have any negative experience whatsoever.

Chin helped me replace an existing furnace. The exhaust pipe from the last installation was not done according to building code, he helped me fixed them without asking for extra. He showed up on time and the new installation was done professionally. Highly recommended.

I don't normally give reviews. But Mr Chin and Co came in and did the the job with no issues. Putting in the refrigerant piping from the AC to the furnace was difficult But they kept at and got the job done. I can't say I can critique anything. Mathew was very helpful and kept me informed at all times.

Chin and his team helped replaced an aging builder grade furnace. Upon his visit he pointed out the previous install of my tankless water heater and gas stove line was installed improperly and the main service line was under sized for the equipment! This is a serious issue and Chin recommended upgrading my main line to 1” from the meter. Installation was perfect and neat. Chin takes pride of his work. Thank you!

I was referred to Chin's Heating and Cooling to install a new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and tankless water heater. They were able to schedule an installation date the following week and finished in two days. All the documents for the warranty were emailed me to right after completion. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC company.
