Mr. Lube + Tires

Unfortunately I have to change my 5 star review to a 2 star. I was very happy the first time I went for a service and even told Karan I was writing a good review. Reason for change: went back to get my winter tires changed, although they gave me good information of getting them put on rims so it’s an easier change they tried to sell me rims and more tires saying two of my tires were under the legal limit. I was quite surprised so I asked the man to show me. What a surprise…. they were in the amber but not under the legal limit. Tried to show me on the scanner they use, did the scanner 6 times before saying he will get a different tool. (Because the scanner didn’t show under legal limit either) just because I am a woman doesn’t mean you can target me to sell me things I don’t need. I don’t go to dealerships for this exact reason. Giving me correct I information would have been helpful but you tried to make me do a rush purchase by calling them illegal limit. Instead say they are getting low and I would have been very thankful but don’t try sell me on something just to try make a quick buck or two. Lost me as a customer for that now!

Super disappointed with this location. I just went to a different shop to get my summer tires from last year put on, and the guys at this new shop discovered that one of my tires had an irreparable puncture from a nail that was identified by the staff at this location (it was circled in marker, so they clearly found it), but instead of informing me, they just bagged up my tires and gave it back to me without letting me know it wasn’t any good.Nothing like an unexpected hundreds of dollar repair! I recently visited Mr. Lube for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The level of efficiency at Mr. Lube was truly impressive. The service advisors promptly attended to my needs and guided me through the process, ensuring that I understood what services were required and how they would be performed. The technicians at Mr. Lube were incredibly skilled and efficient. They worked diligently to complete the oil change promptly, all while maintaining the highest level of quality. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail, as they carefully inspected my vehicle and provided valuable recommendations for future maintenance.

Kash helped me out with an oil change for my company van and did an honest proper inspection of my fluids. I live closer here than the shop near my work and they're just so much more convenient.

I requested a quote from them prior to going, once there, they doubled the price. Then lied to me multiple times about my own car. Complete scam.

Very friendly staff, they work nicely on the car and they always give good deal on oil change and tires too. I visit for oil change regularly.

The service here was incredibly thorough, and everyone we interacted with was very kind, honest, and highly capable of answering any questions asked. Amazing experience overall, we will definitely be coming here again!

I was sold brand new winter tires from this location.A broken wheel nut was caused by one of the technicians, but the manager was kind enough to fix the broken nut, and offer a free oilchange for the mis-sized tire, but I am reluctant to have my car service by mr. Lube again.The two rear tires that were sold to me were smaller, and not suitable for the load of my vehicle. This likely contributed tothe blow out in the front tire, which occurred last week.Upon taking my vehicle to an actual tire specialist, I was informed of the mis-sized rear tires and spent $300 on tires of the correctsize.The negligence and incompetency displayed at this location is a law suit waiting to happen. the error caused by this location could have resulted in serious injury.

I have been very happy with Kash’s service. He’s very polite and helpful. Would definitely go back next time :)
