It's the best automotive shop I've ever been to the work is always excellent the price is very reasonable and they always go the extra mile for any customer. And all the employees including the owner are very friendly and nice

Even having moved further away from the shop recently, I still drive all the way accross the city to see them.The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable and do great work. Highly recommend!

Took my car in for brake pad replacement which took two days. New brakes were squealing for a month so I brought my car back in and was sent away and told it was “normal”. Brakes continued to squeal so I came back a third time and had them replaced under warranty with the exact same, apparently top quality, brake pads when I had requested that they order different ones (not sure if they did in fact replace them at all) and was told a backing plate was rubbing and creating the noise. Well, months later and my brakes are still squealing. My car only needs basic brake pads and shouldn’t squeal.

Great shop. Nice to enjoy a coffee while you wait for your oil change. Always acomidating to you.

Absolutely a great place to get any vehicle repairs done, great prices, great guys. Will continue sending business their way. Very honest, which is hard to come by, at alot of garages.

I have been coming to Fraser's for 24 years. Owner and all staff very friendly and accommodating. Honest service, thru will not push work on your vehicle that isn't needed. Very busy but will try very hard to get you asap. Would never go anywhere else

This shop is too busy to do any job correctly. They will take your vehicle in, not fix anything, and claim that everything is good go". NO INTEGRITY! Problem is still there..bring the vehicle back

Very good mechanics, they were able to find the problem with my van that another garage couldn't. I went elsewhere originally because Fraser's was closed for holidays.

I bought a SUV from them, they provided a safety for it. Now, I thought buying from a garage meant it was fixed and road worthy.I'm from Ontario, so I needed to redo the safety. Well, my local garage told me a rear nut and bolt need to be replaced as well as the tires because they were 10 years old and badly weather cracked. I emailed Frasers about the tires. No response.While, my local garage was switching out the tires they discovered that the rear brake line wasn't working and something with the shoes and the cord needs to be replaced. I emailed Frasers once again. No response.I would not recommend this place to anyone. They obviously don't do the work needed, they overlook major safety issues, like brakes and tires. And fudge" the safety paperwork to get it off their lot.If I wasn't from out of province
