Everyone is super friendly and caring, they asked lots of questions and I felt heard and they gave great advice and helped with getting my puppy on the right track. Prices are reasonable too.

We had an incredibly disappointing experience with our cat at this vet. We brought her in August for hair loss around her neck and excessive itching to the point she was cutting her skin.The vet who looked at her said he wasn't entirely sure what it was, it was very unusual and he hasnt seen it before, but it was NOT caused by fleas.He then gave us a steroid to give her and a fungal infection spray in case she had an allergy. The steroid gave her an eye infection a few days later (looking up the medication one possible side effect was infection due to lower immune ability) we brought her back for a remedy and the vet charged us for a NEW issue even though it was a clear cause and effect of the medication he provided. Also her itching was not improving.So after no results from this we ended up taking her to another vet who gave her a thorough inspection and immediately recognized fleas. Imagine that.We spent a good deal of money for a wrong diagnoses and meds that made our cat worse. I understand you're a business but if I'm paying you for a service then I expect that service to be rendered. Her discomfort could have been resolved weeks ago if she was treated correctly.

Positive:-Clerks/Vet Techs/ladies at the front desk are amazing!-Fast service.Cons:-Quite expensive. I didn't think much of researching cheaper alternatives. The bill was $253 for my cats inital shots and I guess an exam. Found out later I paid way too much.-The doc tries to get you on a 99/monthly plan with the first visit.

Very quick appointment for an emergencyAmazing friendly, staff, vet explained and didn't rush. The whole atmosphere here is positive, upbeat from the moment you walk in. This doctors office really cares about their patients and they're familes. Beyond impressed!! Highly recommend this place!!

Love this veterinary practice, I travel from Toronto whenever my cat needs to be seen as I haven't been able to find a better vet!I've been seen by many of the vets at this clinic and each one is super personable, explains everything along the way, and go the extra mile when taking care of my cat.The ladies at the front desk are so kind and friendly and put you at ease. (Special shout out to Melissa!)They never suggest doing anything that is not necessary and everything is very affordable. Couldn't recommend them enough!

If you’re an Animal and are feeling a little under the weather or need vaccinating this place might be for you! Always helpful and professional they don’t appear to be just in it for the money and don’t push too much for test that they feel might be helpful! They take good care of our dog and give free nail clippings which is nice. We came this time for rabies shots and flee/heartworm meds. They did a thorough exam and all was good. If you are looking for a new vet try them out!

The staff here are great, very accommodating and patient with my nervous dogs. Vets can be expensive so when they are through and clear about their pricing we appreciate it!
