Unfortunately, the workers inadvertently damaged the front door screen as they were taking their equipment to the truck after completing the interior work. I called the owner, he came in a few days, checked the problem and ordered a replacement part. As soon as the part arrived, he came and personally made the necessary repair. Not only were the windows cleaned, but this is a company that stands by their work and the staff…all the while maintaining a professional pleasant attitude. Will call them again next spring.

Great experience! Work was done well and efficiently, and staff was extremely courteous. Had a drip mark left on my window to which staff corrected promptly with a smile. Would highly recommend, and will definitely use this business again!

Window Genie did a great job cleaning all the windows, screens and glass doors on our 2 story log home. I was able to get an appointment within a week, they were on time and took care of everything. This is our second time using them and it won't be the last!
