The ladies at the front desk were extremely knowledgeable and helpful we had a glitch with paperwork and they were extremely wonderful and ensuring we obtained what we needed. The blond lady had the knowledge of a sleuth and obtaining information you needed. And the red-haired lady was wonderful about making the calls necessary to get the paperwork faxed over ASAP. Thank you for hiring them they made our first visit a wonderful experience. John mcGuire

The checkin person was really nice but the two nurse was smack talking thinking I don’t speak English. Other then those two nurses everything seem cool.

Nice people good service clean and decent building

Had an appointment at 9:30 went there at 8:45. Everyone in the waiting room went in except me and then a lady came in her appointment was at 11 she went in as well and me still waiting. I talked to the front end about what’s going on and all she did is start pointing her finger at me to be silent! And then she checked me in and discovered she didn’t put me in the system when I first came in! No appologie nothing!!!! This is so unprofessional the nurse called me at 10:30 to do my x-ray and I was late for work. On the other hand, if you want to book an appointment make sure you have all day off because you’re gonna spend all day on the phone waiting for someone to pick up, that’s if they pick up at all!

This morning my wife had an ultrasound and I drove her to the Clear Medical Imaging on Oullette Ave., Windsor, Ontario.Although we started early enough from home, the unexpected traffic restrictions due to construction delayed us by five minutes. The lady at reception told my wife she was late and will have to reschedule. She eventually did take her health card to get the ultrasound and she went inside. She re-emerged at the counter afterwards and said I was late by ten minutes (after she had gone inside the building for five minutes). When my wife said that she was only five minutes late coming in, the receptionist said that my wife was lying. I am really frustrated how these people join in places that render public services. She had no right to accuse my wife of lying. I would be happy to take the business somewhere else. Shame on receptionist who has no respect for basic human dignity or for an elder person.

My wife is in her 3rd trimester and the Ouelette location gave us by far the worst Ultrasound experience that we could have imagined. The technician was extremely rude; she told us the moment that we walked in the door that she was having a bad day, and did not hold back on taking it out on her patience. After waiting an hour, she gave us a 5 minute scan, dismissing all of our baby questions and anxieties. We literally had to ask for a new requisition to go get another ultrasound done with a different company. Health care is a tough industry, but its no excuse to treat nervous parents poorly.

No wait to check-in. Was extremely early so had to wait for my ultrasound appointment. Was told they would get me in before that for my x-ray. But that didn't happen. Had to wait till after my ultrasound for x-ray.

It was my worst experience since I came to Canada. The receptionist was extremely rude. We had several tests and we didn't make an appointment for one of them. I just wanted to ask which test we can do today but the lady was literally yelling at us that this is not a walking clinic and you can't came like this. It was very terrible. I will never go to this place again.

If I could give 0, I will give this rate. I drive from the country area and I am late 12 minutes ( 7 minutes late +5 minutes waiting in the line) with drinking at least 1L water before like what they requested. Then the lady said I cannot let you in as you are late. She said the booking slot is like half an hour….. blablabla…. Sure, it is because that close to your lunch time. That is why!!! She finally said,” I am not mean to not let you in.” That is so great to hear from an old white “mean” person!!!!
