We have placed a few orders at different times for products with SwitchGrocery. This company has been helpful for our family as sourcing healthy and clean Ketogenic and diabetic items is difficult here in Canada and in the North. The personal touches and customer service is top notch. Seeing Neha and team on FB and Instagram live helps us feel supported. We love KetoChow and Burlap and Barrel products and are always happy to find recipe ideas.

Have ordered twice from Switch Grocery. Web site is easy to navigate. Products are well packed in the least amount of packaging yet still protecting the products so they arrive in perfect condition. Orders are dispatched quickly and I can track them online so I know when they will arrive. Highly recommend this company.

Switch Grocery is great! I found them while trying to find Keto Chow in Canada. They are the only online grocery store in Canada that carries Keto Chow meal replacement shakes and have a great selection of flavours. My order came quickly and was efficiently packaged.

Love this company! The Keto Chow continues to be my #1 go to in protein powder. A wide variety of flavors so I don't feel like I'm having the same one over and over. I love everything about switch. It's the only place in canada to get several keto products that I love, especially keto chow and keto brick, and customer service is top notch. Any order issues are addressed perfectly and professionally. Neha and all of the staff are super friendly and treat us not as just customers but as friends. We're not just a number at switch. I will continue to shop at switch for as long as they're doing business, which I hope is a long, long time. I love SwitchGrocery, they always have the best products. One that I always purchase is the SweetMonk which is a Liquid Monk Fruit Sweetener. Tastes great and one bottle last a long time. I always use it when I want to cut back on my sugar intake. The owner of the business is great so I recommend wholeheartedly this online store.

Switch has provided one of my most enjoyable online low carb shopping experiences. Neha and Brie give amazing customer service by being very accessible on multiple social media providing reviews, recipes and a real sense of the people behind the products. They advertise their “best before” sales allowing customers to decide to stock up and prevent waste. Keto Chow is delicious in multiple flavours as are all of the items I’ve purchased. Prices are reasonable. Items come well wrapped in recyclable materials. There is nothing to improve.
