Two of my buildings are in the highest crimrate spot in Edmonton and Calgary. Since bring these experienced professional on we have had a dramatic drop in issues at our buildings. There team is always willing to go the extra mile to get my buildings were we would like to see them.

Very professional guards and always being proactive. I was visiting my friend and someone tried breaking into my car. The guard stopped the person and waited there until I came back making sure my car is secure.I will highly recommend this company.

Having had the Privilege to work first hand with Spec Ops I can honestly say these guys are no joke! Even at a basic security level you are getting Highly Trained individuals that have more often than not served as high ranking Police & Military officials. These guards have a high level of Integrity & Situational Awareness & are always on the move no matter the weather & that's at the basic level! They don't call themselves Special Operations for no reason! If they are this Stoic at the basic level I cant even fathom what they are like when you get into the Premium & High Profile levels. These guys are the real deal! & I'd not want to be a bad guy on their Patrol!

I'm a tenant in one of the buildings that Special ops security (Edmonton) services. I had an issue with my car (thinking it was stolen from the car park garage) and didn't really receive any answers from the property management. However, Kevin Bacon (Site Security/Supervisor) was the only one who really went above and beyond to reach out to me directly with what has happened with my car with the use of the cameras that were in the garage. Without him notifying me, I would have thought my car was stolen and not wrongfully towed. I am thankful for his quick response to me. As the management didn't notify me about what has happened. So great work definitely recommend them!

Our experience with the Special Operations Security Group (SOSG) was truly fantastic. We originally tried to book a paid duty police officer with the Vancouver Police Department, only to find out that they do not offer asset protection. We secured a Protection Specialist from SOSG and we could not have asked for a more professional agent. I have been working with this company now for over 2 year. The staff are friend with the residents and the staff on site. The have a great leadership team and work hard to achieve the goals you set. The area I am located has a high rate of homeless and drug users.They have pushed the homeless and drug users and In doing this the residents feel safer. I would recommend this company the any company looking to clean up the building/ area.
