We are a community hall which rents to numerous events such as weddings, birthday parties farmers market, etc. Service is great no complaints and if I need extra pick ups there has been no issues at all. Rates are comparable to others and are sometimes better than most.Thank you from Hazeldean Community League

I could not be happier with my experience with MTM Waste Solutions and Sarah our account rep. You cannot put a price on companies that treat you as a valued customer. MTM has always been upfront about what my charges will be and there have never been new fees or surcharges added to my bills. Concerns have been dealt with quickly. A wonderful change from our past disposal supplier.

MTM was easy to work with! Our contact Sarah was so helpful and easily met our complex project needs. She made sure everything was just right (and executed smoothly too!). Service was on-time and as agreed! Bins were freshly painted and looked great. Super easy to work with, great pricing, and fantastic customer service.

Very good service. Bins in good shape. Staff always responds to our inquiries. The only thing I'm not happy with is they told me there was no contract and ended up with a 2-year contract. Always read the fine print.

MTM Waste Solutions is our Strata's monthly garbage and recycle company. We have been with them for just shy of one year and have been and continue to be extremely happy. Their driver's are prompt, courteous as is the office staff whenever we have had a question. We are very pleased with this company and do recommend them.

We contracted with MTM when the City of Edmonton stepped away from providing waste removal for our commercial building. They were the only provider to return our call, listen to our needs and match services to our requirements. They regularly check on the service and respond to any questions or concerns we have. Rates are very competitive and zero unnecessary additional fees. It's nice to deal with a group that does business effectively on a handshake. They prefer to earn your business rather than contractually obligate you to them.
