A huge shout out to Adnan from All Sports and Wellness. Thank you for helping me get back to a normal life.I had been suffering from severe back pain for the past 10+ years of my life. I had been to several doctors, had several x-ray and MRI scans, taken 100's of pills and undergone multiple treatments. Nothing worked and no one was able to diagnose what the issue was as everything looked clean. I had given up and had accepted that this pain is going to be a part of the rest of my life.Then came along Adnan. He had been referred to us by a friend and was highly recommended. After the first couple of appointments, Adnan was very knowledgeable and immediately pointed out the issue and start treatment. A deep tissue which was injured due to decades of bad posture. Adnan is the most knowledgeable massage therapist I’ve ever encountered and I’ve been to many .... he also goes above and beyond to provide extra tips on stretching and strengthening properly when needed which is not as common as one would expect from massage therapists!

I have been seeing Adnan since 2010 for deep tissue massage as well as TMJ manipulation. I have seen many massage therapists in the past, but have never succeeded in finding one that met my needs until I started at Eden Massage Therapy. Adnan is very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. A family man and great business owner. I would recommend this service to everyone.

Ad is a good dude. I really enjoy my massages from him. Very professional and knowledgeable. He listens to your needs. I highly recommend him. He is good to chat with and holds good values. I am very fortunate to stumble under his care. Heated table plus a heat lamp are great additions. We also bought a mattress from him. They are very comfortable.

This is the place to go for massage therapy. Adnan is so knowledgeable. His approach is very holistic. He doesn't seem like he's boxed into one school of thought/practice like a lot of massage therapists I have encountered in the past. I use therapy to help sciatic and tight muscles from stress. He finds the pressure point in my hand to relieve stress and I can feel the results immediately. A proper deep-tissue therapy helps me a lot and I highly recommended Adnan. I can't over emphasize how knowledgable he is.

Adnan is very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, funny and professional. I have recommended other friends and family to see him and they have also done the same.
