It's an important part of my life to drop in and give them my money every couple of paychecks. Even when I have nothing to buy at all I still drop in, look at stuff and talk gear with the staff. Kat is like the Google of the store. She likes questions even if she is busy on the computer. Also usually lots of random animals running around brought in by the staff and customers. Many with fur and others without. It's like a motorcycle gear / petting zoo full of good vibes and great people.

I told Arielle I was going to give Pacific a 5-star review on Google because she was honestly such a funny and great person + provided exceptional service!Loved my experience here. You will need to book an appointment due to COVID, however I wasn't aware of this when I went. Luckily it wasn't busy at all during the time so they still let me check it out.(Don't be like me and please book a proper appointment time - I just got really lucky and super thankful for it!)I'm new to riding and was looking for a helmet and jacket at a few different places before ending up at Pacific. The atmosphere of this place was very welcoming and not intimidating at all because of all the staff!Arielle was extremely helpful in helping me find the right helmet for my head shape and recommending different options for me to try on. It's crazy how knowledgeable everyone is and making sure you find the perfect fit. I decided to go with the Arai Defiant and can't wait to break it in.Great selection of gear - I will definitely be coming back in the future for any new purchases!Thank you for making my first experience buying gear a great one - really appreciate it <3

First visit for some gear. Lawrence was great help and helped me find exactly what I needed. Great experience for the first visit. Will definitely be coming back for future motorcycle related purchases.

FYI if it’s you’re going for the first time, it’s upstairs in the Ducati store.I went in as a complete newbie and the person helping me was very involved when I said I’d need a lot of help. He clearly explained the functional differences between different tiers of safety equipment, and whether something would be necessary at the speeds I would be riding as a beginner. They also showed me some of the stuff I was interested in buying in the future so that I could start thinking about it for next time. 15% off for 1st Gear students made it even better.

I can’t say enough about the service at Pacific Motorsports! Tiffany, Lawrence and Cathlene are super knowledgeable and helpful. As a new rider I really appreciated how much time they spent with me.

Not only is everyone working there highly knowledgeable, they're the best at getting you what you actually need. Novice riders should absolutely go here over any other store as the advice you'll receive is second to none. Experienced riders shouldn't ignore this place either, as the prices and selection are great! Other shops will sell you whatever they can, but the employees at Pacmoto are all highly experienced riders on and off the track and they will you geared up properly.
