Glamour hair studio and spa

Three of us came for pedicures and we all were very disappointed. Salon is not set up for pedicures, and they could only accommodate two at a time. The pedicures chairs were mismatched household chair making the pedicures awkward having to lift our legs to Kandi and Emily's laps as both were sitting on chairs at even levels. They used the type of potable plug-in foot baths you'd find at Walmart. The nail polish was a joke with two small baskets of minimal colour selections and multiple brands. The actual pedicure was disappointing as Emily didn't work on cuticles; both didn't do much on calluses. But the worst was the application of nail polish. All three of us had missing areas, badly applied, bumpy and had nail lacquer applied on top of the regular wet polish being told this would make the colour last longer. This ended up not allowing the polish to dry. One of us swam four hours later the lacquer peeled off and the polish washed away on all but a few toes. The other two had the lacquer bunch up or peel off completely hours later when normal polish should have dried. We were charged top salon prices for this less than adequate service. When the polish lacquer was peeling off we requested a refund and no resolution were made and our texts were ignored.
