A great place to be ignored by staff staring intently at their computer monitors. Where a simple, hello - please let me know if i can be of assistance, would have kept my business - we found ourselves feeling that we were interrupting their day. The brevity of their answers to simple questions made it clear that they were working on much more important matters. It was a nice store front to get ideas, take pictures, and then jump in the car and google Winnipeg lighting stores.

I ordered two beautiful brass/glass pendant lights online. Unfortunately when I took the one pendant out of it's packaging its glass piece was cracked. I emailed customer service about the problem with a picture and they immediately sent me a new glass at no charge. I appreciate their quick response and how my problem was so easily resolved. And the pendants look great in my newly renovated kitchen!

I wasn’t looking forward to choosing new light fixtures for our home renovation but as soon as Rachel started talking, I knew I was going to have fun. She just ‘got me’. Rachel helped my husband and I choose gorgeous lights for our home. She understood the look we were going for and was quick to show us many different options. Rachel was so patient with my husband and I. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure that we would be happy with what we chose. And we are!

We recently built a new home and our home builder uses Robinson as their lighting supplier. Communication was mediocre from the beginning with slow response times that dragged out the process. The only positive thing about the experience was that our sales person did seem knowledgeable about the lights and provided some decent recommendations. Three days prior to possession, we were told that the pendant lights we ordered for our kitchen 7 months earlier were back ordered. I still don't know why our sales person Heather waited until days before we were moving into our home to share that information. So we pivoted and ordered new pendent lights with a lead time of 3-5 weeks. We are now at 10 weeks and can't seem to get a response. Our home builder has reached out several times this month and she isn't even responding to them. My hope from writing this review is that someone will at least call us or send us an email with an update. The poor level of customer service is appalling. The only reason I am leave a 2 star review is that I am happy with the lights we do have. They deserve a zero for communication.

Love this showroom! Huge selection of lights to choose from and the displays are very tastefully done. The entire staff was very professional and helpful. We worked with Donna and if a rating of ten stars was an option, I would definitely give her ten stars. She has a wonderful design sense and helped us narrow our choices without being pushy! When we were in the store she made us feel like we were her top priority.Prices are very reasonable and service is outstanding! I definitely recommend Robinson Lighting!!

Excellent customer service. We purchased some very nice vanity lights from them for our washroom renovation, which look superb. We had a very minor issue months later with one of the lights, and they were very quick to correct the problem right away which made us very happy customers. There is ample parking available and the show room is clean and well stocked. I highly recommend going here over any big box store to get your lights.

Best lighting people in town. I bring my architecture students there every year. So grateful to the Robinson Lighting team for sharing their knowledge and time.

Meika was an exceptional sales person. They helped me find just what I was looking for which was a floor lamp and ceiling lighting. Meika helped me sort through options, and made it completely painless for me when I wanted to cancel an order as I chose something different after some thought. Their response time (emails) was lightening fast, and their reponses were well thought out, helpful and kind. I highly recommend!
