I wish I could give more stars.I recently purchased a 2019 Mini Cooper from Mini Laval and had a fantastic experience. Sales specialist Mr. Marc-Antoine was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the Mini brand.From the warm atmosphere to patiently answering questions, Marc made the process enjoyable and pressure-free. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly made me feel valued.I am thrilled with my Mini Cooper and highly recommend Mini Laval and Marc-Antoine Lussier for anyone considering a Mini. I am normally a Range Rover user but never had this kind of service there. 10/10. Couldn’t be any better.

Just bought a new MINI JCW COUNTRYMAN ALL4 2023. Sales person was Fabrizio Caldarone was really helpful to get a good price for my exchange. No pressure at all to buy. I had an excellent experience at Mini/BMW Laval.My salesman, François Richmond, went above and beyond the call of duty. Every detail that was discussed (paint touch ups, tires, etc) was done when I picked the car up. Additionally, they put new brakes and tires all around, changed the fog lamps as one was cracked, new wipers, new rear window washing system, etc. The car could have passed for new. I asked for a copy of the car’s service history and was given it instantly.I must point out that I bought the cheapest and oldest Mini they had on their lot but one would have never known it by the stellar service I received. Jonathan Ghandour was also great. The financing part of buying a car is what I dread most. He was quick and efficient, and didn’t pressure me into buying add-ons that I didn’t want.The best car buying experience I’ve had.

At first, my partner and I dealt with Mini on Jean-Talon St. They couldn't get anything done correctly. So, we decided to go to Mini Laval, which was the best decision!! It's worth the ride going all the way to Laval than dealing with MINI Montreal Centre.

I booked an appointment for July 4 2022 for maintenance on my Mini electric through the Mini app which was very easy and convenient to use. I was warmly greeted by Francesco who took my car in very quickly. Francesco was very friendly and answered all my questions and kept me updated on the progress of my car. He also ensured that the piece that needed repair was ordered and followed up with me. I also asked Mini to wash my car (in and out) and they did an amazing job! Overall experience with Mini Laval and their staff is A+. They really take care of you and your car like it’s their own.

Hi, I’ve brought my car at 9am asking the waiting time. Since it was four hours I’ve decide to come pick it up the next day. The agent mentioned that he’d call me the next morning to confirm the pickup time.Passed 11am I decided to call him in order to have a status on my car. He validated that it would be ready at 12pm.I showed up at the dealer at 12pm as I had meetings following that day. It took more than 45 minutes to have my car! While I was stressing since no updates were made during that time. Especially when I heard the person in charge of the maintenance saying and quote: “it’s 12already!” leaving a strong feeling that nothing d been done.And on top of it all, I’ve opted for a VIP cleaning, which clearly the job was poorly done.I had in the past some delays in the wait, but the non respect of my time when it’s a busy schedule with meetings is unprofessional and not appreciated.
